Partnership form 1065 efile reject code F3800-647 Issue with ITC solar tax credit transfer
I'm trying to efile a form 1065 that has form 3468 and 3800 for a solar panel investment tax credit. The entire ITC has been transfered. I'm getting reject code F3800-647 that says form 3800 page 4 part II line 4a column B must have a value. I have a value in there which is the transfer registration number. The registration number I have is a combination of letters and numbers and is 12 characters long. What can I do to get this issue fixed so I can efile, or is paper filing the only option? Thanks!
