PA resident working in NY & PA. Wages in Box 1 are total wages earned and also showing in NY wages box 16. What wages to use for NY and PA

NY usually defaults to total wages - do you know if they can get how much (dollars/days/weeks?) actually for NY and you can adjust on the NY non resident worksheet- sounds like it might all be NY (firm is not registered in PA and has them listed as a NY employee if they work from home) then it is all NY non res and all PA res with tax credit between the 2
