PA BIRT return can not print
I’m receiving a message in ProSeries stating that the PA BIRT return cannot be e-filed but can be printed. However, when I attempt to print the return, I receive an error indicating that the form is not final.
When I check the form release status, it shows that the forms are ready for both print and e-file.
ProSeries also indicates that an update is available, but running the update does not update the PA return. I have performed a complete refresh of installed products and am still receiving the same error.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
