PA-20S/PA-65 preparer name

Does anyone know why Proseries doesn't automatically populate the preparer's name field on the bottom of page 3 of the PA-20S/PA-65? It auto populates in the federal returns. The preparer code comes through to PA but it doesn't actually list the preparer name associated with the preparer code.

Thanks! I am not sure how to direct message you but we would like the preparer NAME on the bottom of page 3 of the PA-20S/PA-65 to populate automatically. The preparer CODE appears on the line for signature but the software doesn't actually list the preparer name associated with the preparer code on the line above the signature line.

What do the instructions to the form say? Not Pro Series' instructions, but PA's.

(I just looked, and I think it's always been this way in PS.)
