P.S. Firm Liaison

Just received a call from my new firm liaison/administrator at ProSeries. I said my "new" one. In my 30+ years with this software I never had one before.

I asked what her role was for my firm.  Her reply was to make sure my renewal date and credit card on file was okay to bill next week.

That was sure a big help with the program..... I'm really glad Intuit is looking out for me.

    Hopefully, you were not asked to confirm any info where you provided it to the person?

    Lots of scams out there.

          I had several calls from "intuit" regarding my quickbooks renewal and a problem with my credit card. Yeah right - I did call customer service to let them know I was getting these calls and confirm no issues with my account - they verified they do not call anyone.
