Opening a Prior Year Return

When I attempt to open a Tax Return for the TY2016, and a number of other year, I get the following error message.  How can I correct it?  I have the latest Chrome, Edge, etc.

"Browser not supported.

Download the latest version of one of these browsers to continue."
