on top of the 2 over times specified on paystub there is also double time listed

Clients pay stub shows  Overtime @ 1.5 and Overtime @2.0  then below it also has additional amounts for Dble time  In-Schedule,   Dbl time after 16hrs   and Dbl time for meal period.

Am I only allowed to take the Overtimes @ 1.5 and @2.0  and ignore the other double times?

In my opinion, if it shows Double Time, you can't really do anything with the pay stub unless you ask the client a bunch of questions.

The fact that the employer pays Double Time indicates that the employer is paying more than what the FLSA requires.  That COULD mean that the 1.5 time isn't only for working more than 40 hours in week (for example, working more than 8 hours in a day even though they haven't worked 40 hours in a week).

You also don't know when the Double Time is paid.  If it is only paid for holidays, then you can probably ignore it.  If it is only paid when working over 40 hours in a week and that over-40-hours falls on a weekend so they get Double Time, then 1/4 of the double time may be deductible.  Or it could be for some other circumstance.

I think you need to ask the client some questions.
