Ohio School District Amended Personal Return

I need to amend ONLY the School District SD100 for a client's personal return-do I have to file a 1040X for Federal even if it doesn't change in order to EF? Or is there a work around to get it to E-File? Please help.

I don't know anything about OH school district forms, but I do know that the IRS doesn't care about or want to see a return that doesn't change any tax.  Just amend the SD100 by paper.  I'm guessing that ProSeries doesn't offer e-filing for the amended form anyway.

    ProSeries does not support efiling of ohio or school returns.

      They don't accept AMENDED? Because I filed the original through ProSeries Professional
