Ohio PTE Form 4738 Proseries

We need to know when the Ohio Business PTE form 4738 is going to be available. There has been no information available online and no place for us to request information. This entire filing season has been delayed with the inability to even CLICK on Ohio and prepare the returns. We finally got access on 2/14 and now Ohio says its can't print, no update available.

Talked to Intuit and this is under investigation with Ohio.

Ohio seems to have rejected many IT-4738 forms for software companies so i called Ohio too and left a message.

Still waiting on this too. It says "Form availability not known". Would like to get our Ohio returns filed. Any help would be much appreciated!!

it says form is final but still won't let me print. Anyone else having issues?

Did you get any response from Ohio or any update from Intuit? Just curious. Checked again today and the status is still the same.

Same frustration here...it is 2 weeks before the deadline and there is not even an estimated date of availability. Any update known?
