OHIO IT1040 not available

It was available earlier this week.....what happened?

filed dozens of IT 1040s already.. literally dozens.. did you try and download new products and make sure Ohio is checked

Yes I update the software every night and an OH 1040 update was run last night....I also have printed and efiled dozens this week....but all of a sudden this morning, the OHIO is not printing at all.  Now I think it is not printing because they have a RITA return which is not ready, I understand.....but earlier this week, I could print and efile Federal and OHIO without printing the RITA returns.

work around  while hung up RITAs will not print

- i print fed by itself

- then i print specific ohio pages, making sure rita is not selected

this can all be be done in one step but i just do it in two
