Ohio 1041 Watermark

Does anyone have any idea why the Ohio 1041s have three watermarks on them?  They state, "DO NOT MAIL, E-FILE ONLY, DO NOT MAIL".  We don't want to give copies like this to our clients, AND we do have some that need to be paper filed for various reasons.  Does anyone know when it will update and the watermark will be removed?

Bookmark this website so you can check on forms release info anytime, but the OH 1041 looks like it should be final in this weeks update, it shows 2/21
