NY State S corporation does not calculate and prepare estimates for th e2026 year

    why would it - it is a pass-through entity, and the estimated payments should be calculated on the individuals 1040. You only pay an annual fee to NYS with the 1120-s based on gross receipts.

    My issue is that it calculates and prints all the time, even if the taxes due for 2026 is $25.  I get 4 quarterlies.
