NYS personal tax forms have watermark
anyone else having issues with all NYS personal income tax forms having the watermark "do not file, e-file only"? None of the boxes are checked for the watermark to be printed. Its printing on everything including vouchers that need to be mailed with payment. it also doesn't matter if I switch to paper filing and try to print, it's still there.
