NYC Corp Tax Return EF Status "Sent to State"

Hi,

Has anyone e-filed any NYC 1120 Corp Tax Returns recently and the EF Status still shows up as "Sent to State"? There are some 1120 Corp Tax Returns that I e-filed last week where the Federal and NYS corp tax returns have been accepted but the e-file status for the NYC corp tax returns still show as "Sent to State". Anyone know the reason for this?

Hi @Tax Explorer nice to see you in the Community and thanks for posting about NYC 1120 return showing sent to state. The best place to look for delayed acknowledgements is this support article as it shows currently delayed acknowledgements:

I've had NY and NYC take a week or longer in the past.

The more I know the more I don’t know.

Yes, but usually it would take a few days at most for the NYC 1120 returns to be accepted. It's been over a week and the statuses of the NYC returns still show as "Sent to State". Not sure if there is a reason for this.
