NY Form IT-196,why doesn't a Lines 30/39/40/42 & 45 Scam theft loss of income producing property carry over to line 47 (line 46 is blank)
Elderly client was scammed 2.3 m, Why doesn’t the amount of the scam loss which is included on NY Form IT-196 line 45 carry down to line 47 (line 46 is blank).
