Not receiving extension efile acknowledgements

I have efiled extensions for a couple of 990 clients but haven't received acknowledgments back?  Is the system down until the IRS opens it back up?

When did you file them? The system's been down since Dec 26, 2023.

    It would be hard to be up until it is back up...
