Not able to print my returns it said because i have PPR but i am not

I am not able to print my returns i have Proseries Basic unlimited Federal and 4 states and it said i need to add funds to my account.  Does someone have this problem?

Sounds like youre using Professional, but you paid for Basic?  You chose Basic as your product in this post.  If your toolbar  looks like this, youre using Professional.  If you only paid for Basic, you'll have to PPR with Professional.   You must have downloaded the wrong product.

Log back int your Intuit account and download/install Basic
