NON-Cash donations "Smart" Worksheet

Why are we being required to complete every detail in this worksheet this year, even when the total non-cash donations are not over $500 and form 8283 is not required

      I was wondering the same thing, I had to double check that the requirements had not changed. Good to know it's not just me.
