NM Penalty attachment error
@1569 NM PIT (1040) requires the penalty calculation form to be attached in order to efile (when there is a ES underpayment penalty). Usually when we attach the RPD-41272 the error clears. I have attached the form and selected the correct form from the drop down box and the error does not clear which means we will not be able to efile. Can you please look into this? Thank you.
