NJ1040 supposed to be final but it is not working

According to the forms list the NJ 1040 is ready for efile and print on 1/31. I did all updates and I am completely current, yet I am still unable to print or efile because the yellow bar says this form is not final. Anyone experiencing the same?

NJ is e-filing now, and all forms are printing.

Same problem with Colorado. Why are we being given a certain date, yet the software isn't being updated?

It is frustrating and moreover, makes me concerned that the problem is on my end or a Proseries thing.

Yes, it's the same for Michigan! Program says an update is available, but when I go to updates it says there are no updates. Still can't efile Michigan returns!

NJ is a PIA every year early in the season, but at least in prior years we could e-file even while the software was preventing us from printing the forms.

I still can't do either today in spite of updating the software.
