NJ Partnership Tax Return error
Hi all,
Thanks in advance for your help.
I have an error trying to set up NJ CBT-1065 for e-filing. There is no tax due.
"NJ Partnership Information Worksheet: Name - When selecting to electronic file New
Jersey CBT-1065, then the CBT-1056 must be must be part of the return (Total Tax or
Overpayment must have a positive value). You may need to uncheck the NJ CBT checkbox
on the Federal information worksheet."
I don't understand how to clear this error and e-file this. There is no CBT-1056
