NJ CBT Estimates

I am trying to efile NJ CBT returns for a couple of S-Corps and I am getting an error message that the estimate can not be zero.  However there is an amount calculated for the estimated payments.  Because of this error message I am not able to efile the NJ CBT returns.  Is anybody else getting this error?
