New York Form IT-228 Error

This form is for reporting a grant to the SUNY Impact Foundation. To claim the NY tax credit on thie form, you are required to enter a number provided by the Foundation. For 2025, the number provided by the Foundation is a 10-digit number. ProSeries is showing an error because it says that the number must be a 15-digit number, which it was prior to 2025. How do I get Intuit to correct the error in the software?

Hi @rjbronstein if you have checked with the Foundation that the number is correct and should not be 15-digits then we would recommend contacting ProSeries Support about this. They can remote in, take a look and get it reported if need be.
