new tax program 2025 does not connect to the internet

I have updated window and have enough storage and memory on my computer.  I talked to a tech at pro series and they said once I updated windows it should work and it does not.

 

How do I get my new tax program 2025 to connect to my internet that is working and is connected on my computer?
