New E-Signature - Knowledge Base Information requirements
Under the prior Docusign e-signature product, if a client had used ProSeries and/or E-Signature the previous year, the KBI requirement could be changed to NONE when processing the tax return. With the new E-Signature product will KBI information always be required or can prior year clients opt out of the required KBI and select No KBI required?
