DO I NEED TO CLAIM MY DAUGHTERS INCOME TO CALCULATE THE NET PREIMUM TAX CREDIT WHILE SHE IS IN COLLEGE AND DOES NOT LIVE WITH ME?

Yes. She is considered to live with you while at college. That is a "temporary absence."
