Searching in here is terrible, and I did see one thread about it that was marked as solved and it said an update fixed it, so I have no clue what the answer really is.

I brought this up early this year, last year, etc. One would think that someone (at Intuit) LAST year would have made a note in red ink: NOTE FOR 2023: MAKE SURE 2023 PA LOCAL EIT RETURN IS READY TO GO ASAP (FORM HAS NOT CHANGED SINCE THOMAS EDISON INVENTED THE PYTHAGOREAN THEOREM).
