NC Tax Deadline for 2023 Returns

Working on extensions for client in North Carolina, and the D-410 extension instructions are incorrectly stating that the form is due by April 18th. I have checked the NCDOR website to confirm that 4/15 is the deadline. Any idea why?

The software isn't going to change between April 13th and April 15th, so I wouldn't spend a lot of time pondering the situation.
