My Efile clients no longer appear under the EF Clients in basics

I have the EF Clients tab but no clients appear.  I was handling a rejection notice when I weeints int to check the resubmission status there were no clients listed under the EF Clients tab.  They are all there in homebase but I have not ability to handle my efiles

Have you closed the program and started it back up yet?   How about trying Homebase Maintenance?

    Yes I have done both.  I am thinking I may need to reload the program.  I am waiting to see if anyone comes up with a solution.

    Did you ever get a solution to your disappearing EF Clients information?  I am having the same issue.
