my efile box won't let me efile a sub s return

I’m trying to efile a sub s  return, but it won’t open up the box to mark it. What am I doing wrong?

    Please confirm, you are using ProSeries software?

    YES IT’S PROSERIESL  i’VE DONE EFILED SEVERAL RETURNS, BUT CAN’T GET THIS ONE TO EFILE.  iT DON’T GIVE AN ERROR MESSAGE OR ANYTHING.  i ONLY HAVE A SQUARE THAT GRAY AND THE BOXES TO EIFILE WON’T ACCENT THE CHECK MARK

    Is the EF box checked for the extension too?  try unchecking the extension.

    ..You mentioned EF boxes, so it sounds like youre trying to EF from within the client file?

    From out in the EFCenter, do you see the client file in the Pending Tab?  Highlight the file and click the EFNow button, what happens?
