Moving from CA to VA

 Hi everybody. If a taxpayer, sole owner of S-Corp, want to move from CA to VA, what should she do for his S-Corp regarding Secretary of State, PTIN, EFIN? 

Do need to get any license from VA?

Any Help!

What should she do for his S corp?  This gender fluid business owner should find a good Virginia lawyer to answer questions like that.  Assume (s)he already has one in California.

    PTIN and EFIN stay the same, but you need to notify IRS of new  address.

    The more I know the more I don’t know.
