Mixed use mortgages and Publication 936

There were a lot of posts about how to calculate the interest limitation according to Publication 936 but did anyone resolve the question of how to get the information into the Deductible Home Mortgage Interest Worksheet so that it works or is this something we have to do manually?

When in schedule A if you quick zoom to the deductible home mortgage worksheet, and fill it out  completely, the program will do it correctly
