Missing name 2024 Basic

After loading program, i keep getting a missing name error and I checked my account and nothing is missing. Not able to open ProSeries to get past this message.

    I just tried to get my program open. I had been working in the program earlier this morning, but now a large black dot keeps blocking me or  it tells me a name is missing
