Michigan retirement and pension schedule

Form 4884 for Michigan retirement and pension deductions is doing the full deduction for a client of mine that was born in 1964.  I thought it was suppose to be 75% this year.  Is Proseries doing it correctly?  Thank you.

    Yes, I did.  It doesn't say any percent in the instructions.  On the Michigan website it says up to 75% for taxpayers born between 1/1/46 and 12/31/66.
