Mi is not updating unable to efile

Proseries says state of MI ready 01/31/2024...I have tried updating.  Called customer support and they helped with a "hard" update...that did not take care of issue...any ideas.  I get the yellow bar at top of form saying it is not ready.  It is supposed to be ready today.

    @1569  Hi Gabi... here's another state that would like a projection of when the software will be fileable.  

    Maybe time to push a note through the 'grand marquis' to let users in MI and NJ know wazup? 

    If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround

    Been patiently waiting, but patience has worn out. Tech support surprised, but could only say keep trying update throughout day. Sure would be nice if they would give times so we do not waste our time and have to keep explaining to clients why our software cannot figure out Michigan, when others have?
