mfs her

she loses her 1098t but gets not credit MFJ anyway because of too much money. Can they file HOH and MFS? He makes the most money

Have you looked a Publication 501 to see if he qualifies to file as Head of Household?

    pays over half the support

    has a child to claim 

    but is married. I thought if she does MFS he could do HOH ?
