I don't tend to e-file until evening so I haven't run into it, but that sounds like a computer reboot thingy.

    If my cloud backup is running and scanning the PS data files, yes!! 

    I excluded my PS data files from my anti-virus so that scan wouldn't interfere, and now I just run my cloud backup at the end of the day, instead of continuously.

    I wonder if the server is becoming overwhelmed by a preparer in OH who prepares and transmits in a day more tax returns than I can do in an entire tax season!🤔 🤔
