Mega Backdoor ROTH 1099R entry for Additional Distribution Info

On the 1099R Additional Distribution Info section do I select box B5 or B7 in Proseries for a Mega Backdoor ROTH conversion Code G with no earnings?

If it is B7, why doesn't it show up on the IRA Info Worksheet as ROTH Basis like it does for B5?
