Where to enter federal tax withheld, Maryland and Baltimore City tax withheld?

Earnings entered on Sch 1.

Put on tax payments worksheet (estimated tax) line 18 near bottom of worksheet

Never have seen that before. You would think if the payor is withholding that these would be for services rendered (earned income) and not taxable scholarship money (unearned income).

So they issued a 1099?

Johns Hopkins did not issue a 1099.  But a 12-31-25 statement *intermingled* both the W-2 and the fellowship data. I was able to figure out from that to put the fellowship portion on Sch 1 and the rest was already reported on a W-2. I took notes last year and miraculously found them, so I am all set now!!
