Maryland states they will accept MD-504 forms electronically. Why is Intuit not current and requires a paper filing? Jim
This is CCH: "How can the Maryland Form 504 be electronically filed in a 1041 return? MD fiduciary returns will be available for e-file as of the 2022.03040 release. This is new for 2022, prior years are not e-fileable."
