Marketplace Insurance - 1095-A Form

I have a client that had health insurance through the Marketplace.  There are only amounts on the 1st column (Monthly Enrollment Premiums) and zeroes in the next two columns (Monthly Second and Monthly Advance). I get an error that says "Form 1095-A - Insurance Exchange: Monthly Premium SLCSP has a zero entered.  For each month you obtain insurance from a marketplace, there should be an amount to input for the cost of your monthly premium and a comparable amount for the Second Lowest Cost Silver Plan (SLCSP)."

Anyone ever encounter this problem?
