Local EIT wage tax return in PA
It seems like every year there is a delay in getting this form ready. This simple form has not changed since Moby was a minnow. But there are watermarks printing on it "do not mail" and "e-file only". This form is not e-filed, it is mailed to the local eit tax collector. The only way to e-file it is to go on to the local eit tax collector's website, fill out form, and e-file it directly to them. I do not think many tax preparers are going to do double work for this. Hopefully this is all fixed on 1/31, but it should have been fixed by now.
