Question

LLC to S-Corp Status Is form 8832 required or Just the 2553?

Can an LLC be changed to S-Corp with just filing the 2553 or is the 8832 required?

The first paragraph in the general Instructions for Form 2553 (under "Purpose of Form") gives you the answer.  🙂
