Live in Ohio but had taxes taken out from wv. Need refund of WV Monies

File a WV tax return to get the withholding back, if entitled to a refund.

If you are asking for a WV phone number, I'd google WV Dept of Revenue (or,  whatever they call themselves...)

If you are asking for an Intuit/PS phone number...I'm not sure they can help you.

      I don't think the express support hotline (867-5309) works on Sundays.  But this isn't all that tough of a problem if someone will just nose around the information worksheet a little before they call in for backup.
