I'm trying to send a Louisiana IT-540. Client has income from another state. I attached the tax return from that state, and form R-10606. The system still shows me an error and during the review it points to the box in part VI "the state return will be filed electronically". But it's not red.
How can I fix it?

The first think I would check on the attached PDF is the category that is selected. Most time it won't fix the error if "Other" is selected. Change the catagory to what the actual form is, in this case "Other State Taxes" and see if that fixes it for you.
