Kentucky Small Business Deduction

I am an Ohio Tax Accountant. I know Ohio has a small business deduction that exempts the income up to $250,000.  I have a  new Kentucky client who is a resident of Kentucky. He is  a self employed contractor. Does Kentucky have a small business deduction for small business owners? If so, how do I enter it?

I cannot recall too many Kentucky tax preparers using this forum. Therefore I would go on the Kentucky Department of Revenue website and see what you can find. Or the tax return instructions. Or of course Google may be your friend.
