Issue with Docusign
sent my clients (tp/Sp) a Docusign to review and sign the 8879's yesterday. They called and said that the envelope did not contain the tax documents (which i did select for them to receive) and also that the verification questions they asked were definitely for someone else. Docusign was asking them to verify information for "Marvin Kathleen" and "Jennifer Sedlack" (who are not my clients) and asking about addresses that were not associated with them.
ProSeries Please fix this asap!
