Is the proseries tax server down?

I am unable to increase my pay per return balance and it the software says the server is down.

Proseries-25760-99-0 Due to a temporary server error, we were unable to increase your pay per return account balance online.

Is that from within the program? what about if you log into your Proseries Online account and increase from there?

FWIW when I get weird server errors, I disconnect my VPN and choose a different place to connect to or reset my modem..

I have been unable to process returns all day long due to the inability to inability to increase my account balance for PPR returns. I even spent an hour on the phone with an Intuit customer service rep.
