Is the 2025 form 709 released?For tax year 2025, when will form 709 be released and can it be prepared and transmitted with the client 1040?

Its been ready for weeks if not more, but no Efiling allowed yet, usually takes Intuit a few years to catch up when a new return type is allowed to be EFiled.

Completely separate return doesnt go with the 1040.

Be sure youve got it chosen in Update > Select and Download new Products.

    No Intuit software will electronically file 709s this year.

    Whether paper or efile it is always separate from the 1040.

    The more I know the more I don’t know.
