Is it possible to update direct deposit information for a return that was received by Intuit but not the IRS?

I filed a return electronically and immediately realized I did not include the direct deposit information. Intuit has accepted the return, but the IRS has not yet. Is it too late to update the return?

Yes it is too late unless you have access to a DeLorean and a flux capacitor.  It’s not the end of the world, your client’s refund will just take a few days longer to get to them.
